Bring Joy and Purpose to Every Day. We are hiring Activities Assistants to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. This is your chance to make a positive impact in the lives of residents by helping lead fun, engaging, and meaningful daily activities.

Full-Time Staff: 11 am-6:00 pm (non-flexible, scheduled hours); full-time staff eligible for benefits

• Assist with planning and leading daily activities including crafts, games, music, group outings, and special events
• Encourage residents to participate in both group and one-on-one activities
• Help maintain a monthly calendar of activities and events
• Assist with documenting resident participation when trained
• Help organize family, community, and volunteer involvement
• Support a positive and engaging environment for all residents

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Activities Certification (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or similar setting (preferred)
• Previous experience conducting recreational or social programs within the last 5 years (preferred)
• Energetic, outgoing, and dependable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
