- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Take and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff
- Observe and report resident behavioral or physical changes
- Assist with safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and assist with laundry
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Support a safe and dignified care environment
- Document care provided and follow facility guidelines
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active CNA license in Missouri
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and support resident mobility
- 1+ year of experience in memory care or SNF
