* Key Responsibilities:

* · Provide individual, group, and family counseling within school settings to support students’ therapeutic goals.
· Conduct intake screenings and comprehensive assessments within required timelines to understand each student’s needs.
· Determine diagnoses based on assessments and document findings according to regulatory and agency standards.
· Develop individualized, evolving treatment plans aligned with state, accreditation, and agency requirements.
· Participate in clinical staffings and treatment meetings to collaborate and share insights about student progress.
· Partner with internal departments to ensure authorizations, documentation, and service requirements are met on time.
· Document all services clearly, thoroughly, and within required time frames.
· Support transitions for students by completing summaries, plans, and correspondence as needed.
· Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency services to provide timely support.
· Facilitate specialty services such as trauma-informed care and co-occurring treatment, when applicable.
· Provide training, guidance, and clinical consultation to team members once professionally eligible.
· Maintain strong relationships with schools, referral sources, students, and families while upholding ethical and professional standards.
· Represent the agency professionally within the school and community.
· Complete all mandatory training and state-required competencies.
· Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential
Qualifications:

* · Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
· Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
· Holds licensure with the applicable state board for practicing as a therapist or social worker.
