$131,200 - $155,800, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

The Director, Vertical Finance - Operations is the Zone financial leader responsible for vertical operations cost management, budgeting, and business case analysis.

Cost management/reporting across nationwide verticalized operations.

• Lead monthly cost performance reporting cycle (variable and fixed costs)
• Lead annual budget process including target setting and cascading
• Lead cost saving project tracking and monitoring routine
• Conduct monthly corporate financial close activities
• Liaison between corporate controller team and business operations
• Support new product and business case analyses
• Support working capital planning and KPI performance management

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related degree
• 3 years combined cost accounting and/or finance experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing company preferred
• P/L statement principles and key indicators knowledge preferred
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint + SAP Preferred
