Our client, residential mortgage company, is currently seeking an onsite Home Loan Specialist in St Louis MO.

Requirements:
Must have mortgage loan processing experience.

The Home Loan Specialist I is a role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
• Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
• Review and validate loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
• Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
