Job Description & How to Apply Below
As a Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury, you will drive strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, financial modeling, and treasury-focused insights within a corporate FP&A framework. This role blends traditional FP&A responsibilities with treasury functions, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and performance analysis.

This position is designed for a high-potential finance professional early in their career who is eager to expand scope, deepen treasury exposure, and grow into broader FP&A leadership over time.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (8am
-5pm)

Pay:
Salary $95,000-$100,000 Based on Experience

What you will be doing:
  • Lead data-driven decision support through financial and operational analytics, applying corporate FP&A principles to treasury activities including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital analysis.
  • Develop and maintain short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts, incorporating operational drivers and business initiatives to support informed business decisions.
  • Build and own dynamic financial and cash flow models that enhance visibility into liquidity, funding needs, and capital planning.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities to improve profitability, cash efficiency, and financial flexibility.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable financial insights to executive leadership, including the CFO.
  • Monitor and report on key treasury metrics such as cash conversion cycle, liquidity ratios, forecast accuracy, and working capital performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and other corporate teams to align forecasts, financial results, and cash expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, automation, and overall financial visibility.
  • Leverage advanced Excel and systems such as Net Suite, Power BI, or Tableau to streamline treasury workflows and strengthen decision support.
  • Demonstrate ownership of recurring deliverables and special projects, with increasing responsibility and scope over time.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and additional finance projects as assigned.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of corporate FP&A experience required, or treasury experience clearly tied to FP&A principles such as forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and executive decision support.
  • Strong experience building and owning financial and cash flow models. This role requires true modeling capability, not just report preparation or data extraction.
  • Exposure to cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, working capital evaluation, or treasury-related planning strongly preferred.
  • Clear upward trajectory in prior roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and impact.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, curiosity, and ownership in identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive performance.
  • Strong cross-functional partnering skills with the ability to influence and support business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with shifting priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
  • Hands-on experience with Net Suite or a comparable ERP system required.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and cash-flow data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Personal accountability for managing change, improving processes, and following through on commitments.
