This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in St. Louis, MO, for a Mortgage Loan Originator. The primary responsibilities include originating loans, working closely with clients to guide them through the mortgage process, and providing exceptional service to help meet their financial goals. The role involves assessing borrower needs, analyzing financial information, and ensuring the loan process is smooth and compliant with all regulatory standards.
Collaborating with the underwriting and processing teams will also be a key aspect of daily responsibilities.
- Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
- Knowledge of Underwriting practices and financial policies
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts and mortgage products
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced on‑site environment in St. Louis, MO
- Relevant licensing in mortgage loan origination (NMLS certification preferred)
- Prior experience in residential lending or a related field
