SALARY:$104,800-$117,900, bonus & long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Senior Manager, Re-Pack Controller to join the Finance Control team in St. Louis. This role serves as a key finance partner supporting planning, financial analysis, and reporting for our Re-Pack and Co-Pack Production operations. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate production accounting, strong financial governance, and actionable insights that drive operational performance. This leader will work closely with the Procurement Controller to solidify re-pack and co-pack production accounting processes, while serving as a strategic partner across finance and operational teams.

JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Main responsibility entails working closely with the Procurement Controller, solidifying re-pack / co-pack production accounting.
  • Provides position-level support of all assigned processes, i.e., budget process, monthly financial close, monthly reporting, maintaining product costing data, account reconciliation, journal entries and related documentation, and balance sheet account reconciliation.
  • Provide support across the VILC Controller team as needed.
  • Provide ongoing financial analysis support to departments/entities, ensuring corrective action is implemented.
  • Superior understanding of accounting/finance processes/procedures required. Understanding of system interfaces and impacts of processes across groups/systems.
  • Ensure all processes comply with internal/external controls, standards, and regulations (i.e., SOX, MICS, IFRS).
  • Internal Policy enforcement and interpretation.
  • Communicate and provide leadership of accounting practices to customers with no financial background.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA, CPA, and/or MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience; supervisory experience a plus.
  • Cost accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and communication skills. Budget development and oversight preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple customers and support groups to achieve a desired goal.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities. Solid understanding of company business policies and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with SAP and related reporting tools strongly preferred.
