Audit Manager

Overview

A client of Kforce in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the organization's operations, including its structure, business strategy, financial controls, and overall management processes. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, driven, and eager to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a strong and evolving audit function.

• Audit Manager will lead audit teams of 3-4 professionals conducting risk-based financial audits and SOX 404 control reviews across global business units
• Partner with Internal Audit leadership to support departmental operations and strategic initiatives
• Help design and enhance compliance programs and policies that strengthen corporate governance
• As an Audit Manager, you will leverage data analytics and technology to improve audit planning, execution, and insights
• Limited travel up to 10%

• Bachelor's or Master  degree in Accounting, or an MBA
• Minimum of 5 years of financial audit experience
• Professional certification required: CIA, CPA, or CFA

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
