- Competitive Salary: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 / year base, plus bonus eligible

Location:
100% Onsite at Corporate Office, St. Louis, MO - Set
Schedule:

- Engage with Customers:
Reach out to clients via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while securing timely payments and addressing concerns with precision. - Investigate and Resolve Billing Errors:
Identify billing discrepancies and initiate corrective actions to achieve results. - Drive Collection Success:
Manage assigned portfolios to proactively reduce past-due amounts and ensure customers understand the importance of current accounts. - Master Cash Application Troubleshooting:
Identify cash application errors and take swift action to ensure accuracy and smooth financial operations. - Navigate Chargebacks:
Understand, investigate, and resolve chargeback deductions to maintain accurate financials. - Take Ownership of Projects:
Handle various duties and special projects, continuously improving processes and contributing to team success. - Be the Solutions Provider:
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and offer practical solutions for long-term satisfaction.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass an extensive screening process
- Prior business-to-business collections experience OR a four-year business degree (accounting, finance, business administration, or related)

- Comfortable working with various computer programs (ERP Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Accounting Portals)
