• Engage with Customers:
  Reach out to clients via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while securing timely payments and addressing concerns with precision.
• Investigate and Resolve Billing Errors:
  Identify billing discrepancies and initiate corrective actions to achieve results.
• Drive Collection Success:
  Manage assigned portfolios to proactively reduce past-due amounts and ensure customers understand the importance of current accounts.
• Master Cash Application Troubleshooting:
  Identify cash application errors and take swift action to ensure accuracy and smooth financial operations.
• Navigate Chargebacks:
  Understand, investigate, and resolve chargeback deductions to maintain accurate financials.
• Take Ownership of Projects:
  Handle various duties and special projects, continuously improving processes and contributing to team success.
• Be the Solutions Provider:
  Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and offer practical solutions for long-term satisfaction.

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Prior business-to-business collections experience OR a four-year business degree (accounting, finance, business administration, or related)

• Prior business-to-business (B2B) collections experience OR a four-year business degree

• Comfortable working with various computer programs (ERP Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Accounting Portals)
