Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury you will drive strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, financial analysis, and treasury insights. This role combines traditional FP&A responsibilities with treasury functions, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury performance reporting. The successful incumbent demonstrates expertise in leveraging technology to streamline processes, optimize cash flow, and improve bottom-line performance. This high-visibility position partners closely with many key stakeholders and plays a key role in shaping the finance organization’s strategic direction.

Pay:
Salary $95,000-$100,000 Based on Experience
- Lead data-driven decision support through financial and operational analytics, forecasting, and insight generation to improve service line performance and cash efficiency.
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, incorporating operational drivers, working capital trends, and business growth initiatives.
- Support cash management and liquidity planning, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting short- and mid-term funding needs, and identifying opportunities to optimize working capital.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify growth opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement strategies that improve profitability and cash flow.
- Prepare and present ad hoc financial, operational, and treasury-related analyses for executive leadership, including the CFO, ensuring accuracy and clear, actionable insights.
- Produce and report on key treasury metrics, such as cash conversion cycle, liquidity ratios, forecast accuracy, and working capital performance.
- Conduct detailed analyses to improve processes, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance cash visibility across the organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and other corporate teams to align financial results, forecasts, and cash expectations.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Net Suite to streamline financial and treasury workflows, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance and treasury, including system enhancements, reporting standardization, and process optimization.
- Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and ownership in supporting broader organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and reporting, with exposure to cash flow or treasury-related analysis.
- Self-starter who is results-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver highly accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills required; ability to build and maintain complex financial and cash flow models.
- Tableau experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Net Suite or a comparable ERP system required, including analysis of financial and transactional data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, improve processes, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
