Overview
Kforce's client, a growing organization located in the Saint Louis, MO area, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager - Shared Services to oversee Procure to Pay (P2P) accounting operations, lead a blended onshore/offshore team, and drive process excellence across financial controls, reporting, and analytics. This client offers salary and benefits. The position will be operating on a hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities- Lead day to day activities within the Procure to Pay cycle, including coordination with procurement and vendor management functions
- Oversee period end close activities: journal approvals, accruals, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting
- Manage vendor issue resolution and monitor dispute trends
- Implement and enhance internal controls, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to working capital, payment terms, and processing efficiency
- Manage performance of offshore resources, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met
- Partner with internal/external auditors and continuously improve accounting processes
- Lead special projects across Accounting and cross functional teams
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 3+ years leading teams
- Experience managing offshore resources strongly preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle P2P experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large, complex data sets
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
