- Prior experience as a Financial Representative, or in financial planning/sales/consulting
- Entrepreneurial mindset and personal drive
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Integrity and professionalism that earns long-term trust
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Must have or obtain appropriate insurance licensing
- Must have or obtain FINRA licensing
- High standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
