Compensation Range
Hourly: $26.70 - $31.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

The main purpose of this job is to be a key contributor to the incentive operations and performance tracking processes for the wealth division. Critical functions include ensuring new sales are processed and completed timely and incentives are calculated accurately.
Essential Functions- Track, validate, and process monthly incentives for various lines of business in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure accurate delivery of business line KPIs and other essential reports and adhere to strict payroll deadlines
- Interpret and adhere to plan rules and procedures effectively and apply when processing new business
- Learn and retain incentive plan rules and ensure consistency of application when processing new business
- Communicate with client facing officers, support staff, and varying levels of leadership regarding incentive matters and performance results
- Collaborate with team members on data processing and reporting efficiencies
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting along with other duties as assigned
- Ability to securely handle confidential information
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 1+ year data analysis experience preferred
- Incentive compensation or data analysis experience preferred
- Experience in banking, wealth management, and/or brokerage preferred

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $26.70 to $31.50 per hour.
