** Compensation Range

** About This Job
** The main purpose of this job is to be a key contributor to the incentive operations and performance tracking processes for the wealth division. Critical functions include ensuring new sales are processed and completed timely and incentives are calculated accurately.
** Essential Functions
*** Track, validate, and process monthly incentives for various lines of business in an accurate and timely manner
* Ensure accurate delivery of business line KPIs and other essential reports and adhere to strict payroll deadlines
* Interpret and adhere to plan rules and procedures effectively and apply when processing new business
* Learn and retain incentive plan rules and ensure consistency of application when processing new business
* Communicate with client facing officers, support staff, and varying levels of leadership regarding incentive matters and performance results
* Collaborate with team members on data processing and reporting efficiencies
* Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting along with other duties as assigned
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
*** Ability to securely handle confidential information
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision
* Ability to learn new software applications
* Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
* Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
* 1+ year data analysis experience preferred
* Incentive compensation or data analysis experience preferred
