Business Support Analyst II

Job Description

The Business Support Analyst II provides operational and analytical support within the Credit and Production team, focusing on clearing backend loan defects and supporting production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage fundamentals, basic underwriting principles, and the ability to analyze data to resolve issues impacting loan assurance. The analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance in post-closing processes.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry with a solid understanding of mortgage terminology.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and resolve data discrepancies.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
• Experience working at a Mortgage Company.
