Looking to build a long-term career in banking? A community-focused bank in the St. Louis metro area is seeking a Credit Analyst to support commercial loan operations by analyzing risk and helping maintain a strong, high-quality portfolio.

• Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
• Support loan committee preparation through credit reviews and documentation analysis
• Ensure loans comply with internal credit policy and regulatory standards
• Communicate with lenders to address documentation, collateral, or credit concerns
• Help monitor portfolio performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
• Participate in credit committee and department meetings
• Assist with portfolio reporting, audits, and special projects

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
