The Treasury Operations Specialist III manages more complex Treasury Management requests and is an escalation resource. The Treasury Operations Specialist III will represent Treasury Management in the product development process. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, high attention to detail, and knowledge about bank products and services.

• Provide business requirements to the Product Development team.
• Test new Treasury Management products and services for acceptance by the business.
• Work with the Bank's Product Development team and Treasury Management to implement new products and provide training.
• Review Treasury Management Agreements and documentation for accuracy.
• Monitor email folder and follow up with the Treasury Management team as needed.
• Responsible for daily processing of requests for documentation, agreement verifications, and requests for exceptions and modifications.
• Provide Treasury Services and business online banking origination support.
• Perform daily balancing of ACH General Ledgers.
• Monitor ACH transactions.
• Write and review procedures for new treasury services.

• Experience implementing new technology.
• Understand and comply with all bank regulations.
• Select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  High School Diploma or equivalent education and work experience.

  4+ years of experience in Treasury Management.

• Proficient with Fiserv.
• Experience with Q2 is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
