Job Description- Underwriting (50%)
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
- Conduct market research, technical analysis, and sensitivity testing to support investment theses
- Assess project economics, capital structures, and risk‑adjusted returns
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Investment Execution (30%)
- Support due diligence processes, including coordination with legal, technical, and financial advisors
- Assist in structuring transactions and negotiating key deal terms
- Review and interpret legal documentation to ensure alignment with investment strategy
- Track closing deliverables and ensure timely execution of investment transactions
- Relationship Management (20%)
- Support relationship management with developers, operators, and strategic partners
- Contribute to pitch materials, proposals, and strategic initiatives
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in banking, project finance, or infrastructure investing
- Demonstrated ability to assess and quantify investment risks
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with sustainable infrastructure sectors (e.g., renewable energy, energy storage) is a plus
- Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
