Job DescriptionAFB International is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global FP&A team. This high‑impact, highly visible role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and direct exposure to senior leadership, with the opportunity to influence financial decisions across a global organization.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Director, Global FP&A, senior leaders, and cross‑functional teams across regions to improve forecast accuracy, deliver meaningful insights, and drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do Global Planning & Forecasting- Support the annual operating plan, long‑range strategic plan, and rolling forecasts across multiple global regions.
- Partner with business and finance leaders to improve forecast accuracy, financial transparency, and decision‑making.
- Provide deep analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed, data‑driven business decisions.
- Develop executive‑level reports and presentations that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally on initiatives including headcount planning, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and global growth projects.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to FP&A tools, models, and reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and insight.
- Support scenario modeling, profitability analysis, M&A activity, and ad hoc leadership requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (global and/or manufacturing experience a plus).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, or similar) and consolidation tools such as Vena, One Stream, or Hyperion.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions.
