• Lead tax preparation and planning for complex individual, partnership, and corporate clients
  .
• Develop and implement custom tax-saving strategies — entity structuring, compensation planning, and year-end projections.
• Serve as a trusted advisor
  : explain tax concepts clearly, anticipate client needs, and deliver practical solutions.
• Review work prepared by junior staff and mentor team members toward excellence.
• Contribute to firm-wide growth through client relationship expansion and business development.
• Stay ahead of evolving tax law and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
• CPA or EA license required.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state tax law.
• Proficiency in professional tax software (Pro Series preferred) and Excel.
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
• A self-starter with a strategic mindset, high integrity, and commitment to accuracy.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment yet motivated by performance-based rewards.
• $90,000–$150,000+ total potential (Base + performance bonuses + client-origination incentives).
• Profit-sharing for top performers — no ceiling on earnings.

• Growth track to Tax Strategy Leader or Partner for exceptional performers.

• Passed the uniform CPA examination from the AICPA and possess a CPA certification in compliance with the state board of accountancy regulations.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; preference for candidates with an MBA.
• 2+ years of work experience in accounting services, financial services, or a similar field.
