As a Financial Advisor, you will help high‑net worth individuals, families, and business owners navigate their financial lives across all phases, including accumulation, distribution, and legacy planning. You’ll develop and manage client relationships, craft customized wealth strategies, partner with specialists (tax, estate, risk), and leverage firm resources to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through customized wealth management, investment recommendations, financial planning, and service excellence.
- Grow new business through proactive outreach, referral networks, and community engagement.
- Manage portfolios and financial plans in accordance with client goals, risk tolerance, stage of life, and legacy desires.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and firm support (compliance, operations, tech) to deliver scalable, high‑quality advice and service.
- Leverage the firm’s technology platform and operational infrastructure to optimize advisor productivity and client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
- Active FINRA Series 7 + 66 (or 63 + 65) licenses required.
- 3+ years of financial advisory, brokerage, or wealth management experience managing client relationships and assets under management.
- Proven track record of business development, referrals, and client growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and client‑first orientation in alignment with firm culture.
- Ability to embrace and leverage technology, firm infrastructure, and collaborative planning process.
