Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the key engineering liaison, driving alignment and execution between Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap, architecture, and engineering practices for key components within the platform suite.
• Champion the efficient and ethical use of AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Git Hub Copilot) to increase engineering velocity, automate repetitive tasks, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across the development lifecycle.
• Depending on the final level (Principal or Director), this role may involve hands‑on coding, high‑level architectural design, and potentially technical mentorship for other engineers.

• To be considered, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
• Exceptional communication: must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (Product, Engineering, Business).

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
