- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools (Solid Works preferred).
- Hands‑on ability to reverse engineer parts and recreate components for cost savings.
- Experience with 3D drafting/modeling and mechanical drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude, with familiarity using CNC equipment, gauges, calipers, and measuring tools.
- Quality‑focused mindset with the ability to verify part accuracy and tolerances.
- 2+ years as a CAD Drafter, CAD Modeler, or Mechanical Drafter.
- Fabrication or machining experience; comfortable using hand tools and taking physical measurements.
- Exposure to quality assurance or quality control processes.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
- Fully onsite role in a small, close‑knit technical facility located near a major production plant.
- You will be on your feet much of the day—either in the 3D printing room or working hands‑on with components.
- Highly collaborative environment with direct access to engineers, machine operators, and technical experts for real‑time support.
- A laid‑back, team‑oriented atmosphere that encourages autonomy, creativity, and initiative.
- You’ll directly contribute to innovation, cost savings, and improved equipment reliability across multiple facilities.
- Work in a fun, hands‑on, and forward‑thinking environment that combines CAD, engineering, and 3D printing.
- Gain exposure to a broad range of disciplines—from mechanical design to automation and CNC operations.
- Freedom to take ownership, experiment, and bring new ideas forward.
- Be part of a small technical team that values problem‑solving, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
If you’re driven by hands‑on problem solving and enjoy bringing ideas to life, this is a place where your creativity and craftsmanship will genuinely make an impact.
