MES Systems Administrator – Rockwell Pharma Suite
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite – local candidates only)
Contract: 6 months + likely 6-month extension
Rate: ~$100/hr (C2C or 1099 only)
We are seeking an experienced MES Systems Administrator to support the configuration, enhancement, and daily operation of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
This role is focused on Rockwell Factory Talk Pharma Suite (FTPS 8.0+) and requires hands‑on configuration and production support experience.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, enhance, and support Rockwell Factory Talk Pharma Suite (FTPS 8.0+)
- Create and maintain product workflows, specifications, and data collection configurations for new product introductions and process changes
- Provide production support for MES operations, including:
- SAP interfaces
- Electrical test interfaces
- Master data maintenance
- Process modeling
- MES transactions and user interface functionality
- Database and reporting support
- Support system integration and acceptance testing activities
- Communicate business requirements with engineering and manufacturing stakeholders
- Participate in software validation activities as required
- Provide rotational 24/7 support for manufacturing‑related system issues
- Hands‑on experience with Rockwell Factory Talk Pharma Suite (FTPS 8.0+) (mandatory)
- Experience supporting MES in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device preferred)
- Strong experience in MES configuration and production support
- Experience supporting SAP integrations within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of SQL databases
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) activities
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing automation or test equipment integration
- Must be based in St. Louis, MO
- Onsite presence required
