BIM/VDC Coordinator – Design & Delivery of Data Center Projects
Job OverviewReporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you will coordinate BIM workflows, VDC processes, and digital delivery for large‑scale data center projects across all project phases. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for using technology to drive construction efficiency.
Base Pay Range$61,700.00 – $80,925.00 per year (location based)
Key Responsibilities- Lead digital coordination and execution of data center projects.
- Coordinate BIM workflows and model setup using Revit and Civil 3D.
- Conduct clash detection and model coordination with Navisworks and Revizto.
- Post and manage deliverables via the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.
- Perform model quality checks, digital close‑out, and asset data encoding for handover.
- Work with point clouds in design software.
- Follow client standard operating procedures and optimize workflows through new digital tools.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies.
- Act as liaison between project teams, digital leadership, and client stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training on digital tools to project teams.
- Coordinate with global digital delivery teams to share knowledge and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in BIM coordination, VDC, or digital delivery roles.
- Proficiency in Autodesk tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC.
- Experience with data center design or construction projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with scanning and asset data management.
- Experience with Civil 3D or AutoCAD.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, PE license).
