Job DescriptionAs a Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing verification test cases, protocols, and methods from both electrical and mechanical perspectives. You will ensure compliance with Good Lab Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). This position involves setting up and calibrating instruments for various tests, including mechanical and electrical assessments. You will also be responsible for creating detailed test reports, identifying deviations or defects, and supporting root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
Responsibilities- Execute verification test cases and protocols according to GLP and GDP.
- Set up, calibrate, and operate test equipment for mechanical and electrical tests.
- Create comprehensive test reports to document test outcomes accurately.
- Identify deviations and defects, document non‑conformances, and support corrective actions.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize test data comparing results with acceptance criteria.
- Expertise in executing verification test cases and protocols with adherence to GLP, GDP, and SOPs.
- Proficiency in setting up, operating, and calibrating test equipment such as power supplies, function generators, and oscilloscopes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strongly preferred: 2+ years of hands‑on testing experience in a regulated lab environment such as medical device, biotech, or aerospace.
- Preferred:
Experience with mechanical/electrical test methods for design verification under GLP/GDP. - Nice to have:
Familiarity with running Python scripts for test automation and data analysis.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.88 - $35.88/hr.
