As a Process Engineer on our Statco-DSI team, you will work closely with our other internal team members as well as customers to craft top of industry process solutions. You will be part of the design through implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction in a successful project.
Are you motivated by this work?- Design, develop, configure and optimize process systems from inception through startup/completion
- Identify customer requirements for each project through developing relationships with customer personnel, reviewing provided documentation/drawings and completing appropriately identified testing
- Develop process flow diagrams and accompanying Process & Instrumentation Diagrams
- Prepare system cost estimates and proposal documents for the customer
- Participate in all testing required for each project
- Ensure the appropriate equipment, instrumentation and services are selected for each project
- Manage the project schedule, including on‑site installation and start‑up testing
- Document best practices/procedures and create operation manuals for the customer

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Five (5) or more year’s experience as a Process or Project Engineer; preference given to candidates with sanitary manufacturing industries
- Ability to travel 40‑60% to support sales, customer sites, training, commissioning, startups for projects as needed
- You’re self‑motivated, prioritizing your own work to meet deadlines
- You thrive as part of a team, lending and giving support as needed
- You love solving problems
