We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer responsible for being onsite at various job locations, including green fields, wastewater construction, or utility construction. The role involves assessing foundations, soil, and civil grading, while working closely with professional and technical staff as well as construction personnel.

• Assess foundations, soil, and civil grading at job sites.
• Work closely with professional and technical staff and construction personnel.
• Interface with contractors to monitor and test the progress of construction.

• Experience in soil sampling, geotechnical, and civil engineering.
• Proficiency in construction management.
• Familiarity with construction site operations.

• Associates Degree in Civil Technology.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ACI standards, concrete, soil testing, and soil compaction.

This role requires driving to job sites, which may be up to 2 hours away. If a project is more than an hour away, overnight stays from Monday to Friday are necessary, with travel home on Friday evenings. Work hours are Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work during busy seasons, averaging 30% of weekends worked annually. Typical work hours are between 6am and 6pm.

The position offers a small company atmosphere with room for growth, salary pay, and eligibility for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Louis,MO.
