Do we have your attention?As a Site Manager for Statco-DSI, you maintain organization in a fast‑paced work environment, overseeing process piping & equipment installation projects. You provide on‑site guidance to installation teams, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, safely and on‑budget. You work to coordinate site activities and provide guidance to our subcontractor teams. Your expertise in safety, site management, process piping and problem solving is crucial to ensure a premium customer experience.

- Managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
- Seeing a project through from start to finish
- Collaborating with both internal and external partners including our customers, engineers, procurement and fabrication teams for seamless project coordination
- Lead on‑site installation teams, including subcontractors, riggers, electricians and controls vendors to ensure the highest quality project execution, on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses and control costs to meet financial targets
- Maintain a safe workplace
- Function as the on‑site contact for communication regarding projects, including variations of scope, ensuring timely updates are provided to all stakeholders

- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
- Five (5) years or more proven experience in managing site installation projects, preferably in sanitary manufacturing industries
- Food, beverage and/or personal care project management experience in various aspects of engineering and utilities management is preferred
- Thorough understanding of process piping systems layout and routing, including liquid blending, tank systems, Wort, CIP, Filtration, CO2, CO2 Recovery, air, water, steam Glycol, Ammonia, Sweetener, Package Release
- Strong problem solving abilities, making quick and sound decisions
