** Profiles we are seeking:
**** Profile 1:
Global Controls, Reliability & Safety Engineering Focus
** Candidates with an interest or foundation in industrial automation, control systems, and functional safety who want to help develop and deploy global standards, support risk and safety assessments, and collaborate across manufacturing, EHS and advanced manufacturing technology teams to improve system integrity and operational reliability.
** Profile 2:
Embedded Systems, Automation & R&D Innovation Focus
** Candidates excited by hands-on R&D work involving embedded systems, automated controls, and data acquisition combining hardware and software (using C/C++, Python, and/or LabVIEW) to prototype, test, and validate next generation HVACR technologies in a multidisciplinary innovation environment.
** What we are looking for:
** Ability and willingness to relocate and work at various Copeland locations for each six-month rotation, mostly in the United States, but potential for an international assignment.
* Ability to start program June 15, 2026.Ability to commit to a 2-year rotational program.
