- Act as the construction liaison between design engineering and site teams during plant erection
- Lead installation, startup, commissioning, and equipment validation for water treatment systems
- Provide technical guidance to customers on operation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate and manage vendors and suppliers to meet project specs and performance requirements
- Develop SOPs, inspection checklists, and equipment log sheets
- Perform quality inspections of electromechanical and rotating equipment with clients
- Support alignment, leveling, and mechanical adjustments
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for customers and future outages
- Uphold strong safety standards on all job sites
- College Diploma + 5 years' experience in Water Treatment or 10 years in Construction/Commissioning
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with RO systems, clarifiers, thickeners, filters, pumps, valves, and instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, civil, and piping drawings
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing mindset
- Comfortable working independently and on remote job sites
