Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS a plus);
- 3-10 years’ progressive engineering experience;
- E.I.T. or F.E. certification preferred (P.E. a plus);
- Proficiency in computer modeling software such as:
AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, Hydra Flow; - Ability to speak and write professionally;
- Adept at researching local codes / ordinances and jurisdictional requirements;
- Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design is a plus.
