A highly established local Mechanical Company is looking to fill a HVAC Controls Engineer & Programmer position. Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional development.

This position works as a part of a team with other specialists at client or project job sites to ensure proper installation of controls systems, as well as provide diagnostic and repair services. Experience working with building automation systems and energy management systems. Understanding of mechanical systems: what they do and how they operate. Understanding of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Niagara AX certification is strongly preferred.

Experience with Honeywell products.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC Control Engineering Experience
• High School Diploma or greater.
• Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
• Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers.
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
• Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
• Must have a stable background/work history to be considered for this position
