You'll be empowered to take on a range of responsibilities, including:

• Collaborating with a talented team of professionals to deliver cost‑effective designs and innovative structural solutions for a wide array of building types and projects, ranging from new constructions to renovations and seismic evaluations.
• Showcasing your expertise by undertaking structural assessments, spanning various industries such as healthcare, commercial, and housing, and contributing to the development of impactful and sustainable design solutions.
• Utilizing your keen analytical skills and technical prowess to provide valuable input and recommendations regarding structural design and engineering challenges, ensuring the successful realization of our clients' vision and objectives.
• Engaging with cutting‑edge technologies and industry best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our work, staying ahead of the curve and setting new standards for excellence in structural engineering.

• Duties are primarily conducted in a standard office setting, requiring prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or computer table.
• Occasionally may be required to lift objects weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Occasionally visiting project locations and performing field inspections which may involve walking, standing, kneeling, or navigating uneven terrain.
• Traveling to project sites or client meetings, which may involve driving or flying.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE or the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Missouri.
