Job Description
- Prepare and develop project schedules
- Update project schedules on a weekly or as needed basis
- Lead schedule review sessions
- Review and verify all project related scheduling information with Project Teams
- Provide support to project teams
- Prepare a Schedule Summary Reports
- Create a baseline and ensure all assigned projects have one
- Provide scheduling assistance and education to project team members
- Review, monitor and advise on the accuracy of assigned schedules
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all department, employees, clients, subcontractors and vendors
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficiency on scheduling programs
- Experience using Primavera P6
- Experience with monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules
- Skills in reviewing schedules including identifying, analyzing, and solving schedule related issues
- Highly analytical
- Bachelors Degree and 4-5 years experience preferred
- 2 years of MS PROJECT 2010 & 2016 and Primavera P6 are the REQUIRED skill sets.
