Project Controls Scheduler

Job Description

• Prepare and develop project schedules
• Update project schedules on a weekly or as needed basis
• Lead schedule review sessions
• Review and verify all project related scheduling information with Project Teams
• Provide support to project teams
• Prepare a Schedule Summary Reports
• Create a baseline and ensure all assigned projects have one
• Provide scheduling assistance and education to project team members
• Review, monitor and advise on the accuracy of assigned schedules
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all department, employees, clients, subcontractors and vendors

• Excellent communications skills
• Proficiency on scheduling programs
• Experience using Primavera P6
• Experience with monitoring, controlling and updating project schedules
• Skills in reviewing schedules including identifying, analyzing, and solving schedule related issues
• Highly analytical
• Bachelors Degree and 4-5 years experience preferred
• 2 years of MS PROJECT 2010 & 2016 and Primavera P6 are the REQUIRED skill sets.
