The LASR team is responsible for engineering and supporting Centene's Linux, Ansible, Satellite, and Red Hat Open Shift platforms. The team ensures platform stability, scalability, and automation across on‑premises and cloud environments, enabling infrastructure‑as‑code and modern Dev Ops practices. This role involves daily monitoring and maintenance of Open Shift and RHEL platforms, responding to incidents, developing Ansible automation, and collaborating on engineering tasks and platform improvements.

Current projects include re‑platforming AAP onto Open Shift, expanding Git Ops and automation coverage, and integrating with tools like Satellite and Service Now. Performance is measured by system reliability, automation success rates, incident response times, and delivery of project milestones.

• Education/Certification:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Years of experience: 4‑6 years minimum
• Disqualifiers: missing necessary requirements listed
• Preferred backgrounds:
  Open Shift Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator/Engineer, Automation Engineer, Dev Ops Engineer, System Administrator (Linux/Unix). Healthcare background would be a plus but not a requirement.
