• Project Leadership & Management – Lead construction plans, contract documents, technical reports, define scopes, prepare proposals, manage budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery. Oversee schedules and deliver monthly invoicing and Project Status Reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication – Serve as main point of contact for sponsors, FAA, and other stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
• Documentation & Compliance – Review client documents, coordinate subconsultants, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Bidding & Construction Support – Manage bidding process, pre‑bid meetings, addenda, change orders, site visits, and quality standards.
• Project Close‑Out – Review and approve final drawings, summarize costs, and conduct final inspections with FAA and sponsors.
• Client & Team Management – Lead cross‑functional teams, build client relationships, collaborate on satisfaction, risk management, and financial performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 6‑12 years of relevant industry experience
• Professional Engineer license
• Project Management experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to travel as required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and manage cross‑functional relationships

Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

USD $106,400 – $177,400
