Base pay range: $117,000 - $199,300 per year.

The role leads the Branch Voice Operations Team, a high‑performing group of associates and contractors that support and engineer voice solutions for 19,000+ branches in the United States and Canada.

• Ensure continuous innovation of the CCaaS platform by partnering with UCaaS providers and introducing new features, integration, and AI capabilities.
• Provide complex voice solutions to support firm business needs.
• Lead the team during escalated production issues, making on‑demand decisions to isolate and remediate impact to branches quickly, and escalating to key voice vendors as necessary.
• Provide leadership and development to the team, leading with clarity, transparency, and accountability.
• Work in either the Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO home office location, with a requirement to be in the office three days per week, preferably Tuesday‑Thursday.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with UCaaS providers.
• Experience in planning and execution within Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with significant people responsibilities and delivering results through others.
