The Area Digital Delivery Manager will oversee the development and expansion of HDR’s Digital Delivery practice within the Transportation Business Group, supporting Engineering, and Construction teams within the area. This role is responsible for standardizing BIM and VDC workflows, including advanced capabilities such as 3D clash detection and digital asset management. The position collaborates closely with area Market Sector and Business Class teams and Transportation Digital Delivery Leadership to enhance project delivery through technology, develop standards and training, and build a high-performing Digital Delivery team.

Additionally, this person will manage BIM execution on major projects, ensuring quality, coordination, and successful implementation of digital tools and environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, growth and resources of the Digital Delivery practice for the area to support Engineering and Construction teams.
