We consult, design, test, and innovate HVAC solutions for clients of all sizes. This opening is for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to lead projects and provide design expertise. The role involves working with cutting-edge computer modeling tools and occasional travel to interface with clients and attend industry events.

• Research and design HVAC systems to meet client requirements for both large and small projects.
• Consult on HVAC systems and equipment design for a wide range of projects, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and construction professionals to create or modify design parameters.
• Analyze HVAC systems and equipment to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions and develop solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operating environments to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
• Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, and drafting personnel during all project phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with experience in HVAC engineering
• Professional Missouri Engineer License
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with 3D modeling programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navis Works
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and prioritization
