This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full‑time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing‑approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
Compiles, analyzes and formats data to provided documentation that assists internal customers in the development of engineering life cycle produces, services and processes. Verifies regulatory conformance and contractual compliance of products by checking that quality standards are met and configuration control enforced. Checks products using standard guidelines to verify regulatory conformance and contractual compliance. Maintains design documentation by using company/industry standards.
Assists with the collection of customer requirements and assists with inputs to in the web pages. Works under general supervision.
This position is part of the Flight Simulation Labs Operations team, and the applicant will be working in a fast‑pace environment supporting flight simulation systems through our Logistics Resource Team.
Position Responsibilities- Maintain products, materials, and processes to meet regulatory requirements and ensure consistent quality
- Use standard guidelines to stage material, verify products meet regulatory conformance and contractual compliance
- Resolve discrepancies, defects and ensure issues are identified for resolution.
- Create and maintain tracking data and inputs information into engineering systems
- Candidate must have strong people skills, self‑motivated and excellent customer relation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Experience with Material Management and Inventory Control
- Experience with inventory management systems or database applications
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Experience with product management
- Experience with electronic parts and equipment
- Familiarity with Lab equipment Property Management requirements
