Job Description:

Deliver simple solutions to complex problems as an AV Systems Engineer lor cutting‑edge solutions to meet unique client requirements, prioritizing the end user’s experience. This role supports our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA and requires a TS/SCI cleared engineer.

How a Systems Engineer – AV Will Make an Impact

Responsible for the use, operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment and providing customer support for troubleshooting.

Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily conference room checks: verify all equipment is online, functioning and charged
• Daily meeting support: hands‑on technical assistance for video, audio, Web Ex, room computer connectivity, and laptop connectivity
• Support customers during meetings, including video teleconferencing and display of presentations
• Log all transactions in Service Now
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues

Qualifications:

• BS and 5+ years of experience and/or equivalent combination of years of experience/education
• Willingness and ability to obtain a high‑level government security clearance
• Experience supporting telephony, video, network, and/or other collaboration devices
• Experience providing customer service and end‑user support
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired

Skills:

• Minimum of four years’ experience with AV technologies
• Additional experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, Web Ex, Cisco CMS, and Cisco Jabber

The likely salary range for this position is $108,979 - $147,443. Salary is set based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
