OverviewWSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Coordinator for our Lambert Airport Program Management in St. Louis, MO
. Be involved in the Lambert Airport program and related projects and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.
Salary:

- Focus on helping our projects meet Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the Lambert Airport Program.
- Support Project Management with contract administration.
- Guide and coordinate staff and assist in project management responsibilities, including oversight of project financial performance, adherence to project management and quality control plans.
- Assist in the management and coordination of enabling and related program projects.
- Work with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements.
- Prepare project related reports and analysis.
- Assist with document controls in support of the project execution.
- Coordinate and assist with organizing program and team meetings.
- High School Diploma.
- 7+ years of project coordination experience within an engineering field.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
- Demonstrated creativity, and mature engineering judgment, and successfully managing multiple projects/assignments.
- Experience managing and reviewing project deliverables including planning and design documents, project reports, cost estimates, scopes of work, proposals, etc.
