DEMA Engineering Co. has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations Team at our Gerald Industries facility located in Gerald, MO. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll drive performance, quality, and process improvement across operations.

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts.
• Analyze material flow and production methods to boost efficiency.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Support new product launches and automation efforts (robotics, 3D printing, CNC).
• Assist with troubleshooting, ERP integration, and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and train staff on process changes.
• Maintain documentation, safety, and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or 3–5 years of equivalent experience).
• Experience in manufacturing process improvement and systems optimization.
• Proficient in Solid Works;
  AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 a plus.
• Familiarity with CNC operations, tooling, and automated/robotic systems.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and technical problem‑solving skills.
