- Salary: USD 60,000 – 120,000 per annum (base + performance-based incentives)
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Energy Consultant to support customers in understanding and selecting suitable energy solutions. This role involves direct engagement with customers, conducting energy assessments, and providing tailored recommendations to help reduce energy costs and improve efficiency. The position is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Consult with customers to understand their energy needs and provide appropriate solution recommendations
- Conduct basic energy usage assessments to identify potential cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
- Develop customized energy plans aligned with customer goals and regulatory guidelines
- Educate customers on available renewable and alternative energy options, including community-based solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recommendations
- Stay informed about energy industry trends, policies, and compliance requirements
- Provide professional, ethical, and transparent customer interactions at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
- Previous experience in consulting, sales, customer service, or energy-related roles is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical or service-related information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based environment

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Time management and organizational abilities
