The Senior Coordinator oversees all SI operations—recruitment, training, supervision, scheduling, and performance coaching of SI Leaders—and collaborates with the CTL Student Engagement Specialist on training and logistics for ALA student assistants. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

About the Supplemental Instruction Program: SI supports historically challenging courses through structured, peer‑facilitated study sessions. SI Leaders attend class, collaborate with instructors, and guide students through activities that deepen understanding and strengthen academic skills.
