Opening Statement

The Waldorf School of St. Louis is seeking a full-time, in person Enrollment Coordinator to join our faculty and staff for the 2026/27 school year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vibrant community and support our mission of providing an inclusive and enriching educational experience. As a member of our administrative team, you will work closely with our current Enrollment Coordinator and the Administrative Chair to reflect our commitment to growth and foster an inclusive, supportive, and connected experience for everyone in our Waldorf school community.

The Co-Enrollment Coordinator plays a vital role in executing the admissions, enrollment, and re-enrollment processes. This position involves outreach and recruitment, educating prospective families about Waldorf education, and guiding them through the admissions process.

Essential

Job Duties
  • Overseeing all aspects of admissions, enrollment, and re-enrollment for prospective and current families.
  • Serving as a point of contact for prospective families, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and aiming to respond to all communications within 24 hours.
  • Educating prospective families about Waldorf education, its unique benefits, and the programs offered at WSSL.
  • Planning and overseeing enrollment-related events such as open houses, parent orientations, and informative talks on Waldorf education.
  • Facilitating school tours, teacher interviews, and visit days.
  • Preparing regular reports for the WSSL Board on enrollment statistics and retention metrics.
  • Working closely with the current Administrative Team and Faculty.
  • Recruiting and training parent volunteers for outreach events and collaborating with them on various initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospective families.
  • Knowledge or experience in Waldorf education is preferred, along with a passion for educational outreach and community engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic school environment.
  • We are seeking candidates with prior experience as an Enrollment Coordinator or in a school administrative capacity.
Employment Details

Pay:
From $30,000.00 per year. Salary is based on background, qualifications, and years of experience.
