Shirlee Green Preschool is a Design Thinking school for messy art, immersive outdoor play, and creative thinking serving children birth through 5 years old throughout the metro‑St. Louis area. The school invites learners to take risks, think innovatively, explore the world, and practice being proactive community members. Job Title: Infant Teacher
Location: St. Louis, MO
Job Type: Full‑time, salaried
Salary: $39,520–$45,760
Schedule: Monday‑Friday
Start Date: May/June 2026

• ECE degree or equivalent education (preferred)
• 3+ years working in a preschool setting
• Team‑oriented with strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Highly empathetic, playful, and dedicated to all children’s learning

As an Infant Teacher, you will create an environment that supports young solutionaries and helps children contribute to a just, joyful, healthy world. You will collaborate with colleagues and the leadership team to support professional growth, apply project‑based or Reggio education practices, and reflect on student learning.
